Current CV
Available Challenger 604 pilot interested in freelance jobs.
''A pilot with excellent system knowledge and CRM.'' -Chief Pilot CL604.
In March 2011 I started working for CAE Business Aviation Training Center Amsterdam on the Bombardier Challenger 604 full flight simulator. With hundreds of hours of type rating training flown, I have participated in more training sessions than many pilots would get throughout their whole career. This in combination with my actual experience on type, for various private and commercial operators in Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East,
makes me a professional and flexible pilot. Ready for freelance jobs on the Challenger 604 and 605.
Joris performs his job with high professionalism, and shows to be a very skilled pilot.
As a person he is easy to get along with and is a very nice colleague. – Head of Training, SFE, G. J. Kuiper

| In March 2011 I was selected to work for CAE BAT Center Amsterdam as their sit-in pilot on the Bombardier Challenger 604. CAE is a global leader in simulation and training for civil aviation and defense. Through their global network the company trains more than 80,000 crew members yearly. As sit-in pilot I function as first officer or captain in case there is one customer for initial- or recurrent training, CAT II or special airport training. During this work I am training myself as well. With hundreds of hours of type rating training flown, I have participated in more training sessions than many pilots would get throughout their whole career. Due to all this training I have gained excellence knowledge system about the Challenger 604. Another good aspect of this job is that I flew with a lot of different pilots and I have learned to quickly adapt to the working speed of the other crew member and maintain a ‘open cockpit’ with good CRM at a high standard. |
